Swimming and Diving Tryout Information for 2012-2013 is now available: Tryout Information
- August 7 - Physical/Athletic Participation Packet must be turned in to Vandegrift Trainers
- August 21 - 5:30am at Bella Mar Pool in Steiner Ranch - Tryouts
- August 22 - 5:00pm Team Announced
- August 23 - 6:30pm - MANDATORY swimmer/parent meeting in Vandegrift Cafeteria (bring checkbook for uniforms/apparel)

4A State Swimming and Diving Meet Results:
Congratulations to Chris Flynn on a new school record and 7th Place in the 200 Freestyle, and a new school record and 7th place in the 100 Backstroke!
Congratulations to Kayleigh Rago on a new school record and 11th place in the 500 Freestyle!

Reminder: Study Hall until March 9, no practice during spring break. After spring break, the off-season practice schedule will be MWF 7:45am at the pool, TTH 8:00 at the school. See Calendar below for exceptions.
